Refunds
OUTDOOR SOCCER:
If we have already paid the $15 PHSA/OSA (youth) or $20 PHSA/OSA (adult) registration fee, which is non-refundable, that will be deducted from any refund calculated as below. Basically, if you cancel close to the start of the season, we will not be able to get this money back from the governing bodies.
* Prior to Kick-off Fun Day, 95% of fee paid will be refunded. For example, you pay $100 to register but it is just before Fun-Day when you cancel, your refund will be 95% of ($100-$15) which is $80.75. If it is before the PHSA/OSA fees are levied, you will get $95 back.
* After Kick-off Fun Day until June 30th, 50% of fee paid will be refunded.
No refunds after June 30.
INDOOR SOCCER:
Please note that the refund policy request date is the date that the individual requesting the refund contacts the Acton Soccer Club and not the last day of play.
If the player request date is:
PRIOR to 1st game: Refund is Fee paid - $20 Admin fee
UP TO and including 8th game: Refund is Fee paid - 50%
9th game on: Sorry, NO REFUNDS.
If a TEAM PAYMENT was paid, the team will NOT receive a refund for an individual player. It is up to the team to find a replacement player. The replacement player fee (beyond the 12th registration/session) is $25 cash or chq made payable to the Acton Soccer Club.
